Training The quality of training provided to the security force is a crucial performance factor. As providers of security services, we realize that the BTI Security officer will have continuous interface with the public and will be depended upon to assure the security of the agency personnel and its facilities. BTI Security officers must respond quickly, responsibly and professionally. Next level performance in these circumstances requires that a fully-trained complement of officers is available at all times.
